Couples Counseling
Relationships aren’t always easy. Sometimes love feels more like survival mode than connection—and the patterns you swore you’d never repeat somehow keep showing up. Whether you're constantly fighting, walking on eggshells, or just feeling more like roommates than partners, couples therapy can help you untangle the mess and rebuild something that actually works for both of you.
You don’t need to be on the verge of breaking up to ask for help. In fact, most couples wait too long. Therapy is a space to slow down, get honest, and figure out how to actually hear each other again—without shutting down, blowing up, or keeping score.
I work with couples of all backgrounds, orientations, and relationship styles (monogamous, poly, ENM—you’re welcome here). This isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong. It’s about figuring out what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
We’ll focus on:
Getting unstuck from repeating arguments
Improving communication without shame or shutdown
Rebuilding trust and emotional safety
Navigating intimacy, resentment, or disconnection
Making intentional choices about your future—together or apart
I’m not a referee. I’m not going to sit there nodding silently while you spiral. I’ll be in it with you—offering tools, asking hard questions, and holding you both accountable with compassion.
If you're ready to stop avoiding the hard conversations and start making real progress, I'm here for it.
