Clinical Supervision Towards Licensure

$100/hour

Available for clinicians working toward their LCSW, LAC, or LPC

Supervision with me isn’t just about logging hours. It’s about becoming the kind of therapist who shows up with curiosity, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility—for your clients and yourself.

I’ve completed extensive hours of formal training in clinical supervision, and I take the role seriously. If you’re looking for a space where you can show up honestly, think critically, and grow into the clinician you actually want to be, welcome.

Here’s what supervision with me looks like:

  • We go beyond the basics. We’ll talk diagnosis, treatment planning, and ethical decision-making—but we’ll also dig into how you think, how you feel, and what’s showing up in the room.

  • Countertransference is not optional. If you’re not ready to talk about what your clients stir up in you, this might not be the right fit. I believe the best clinicians know themselves well—and supervision is where that starts.

  • Attachment, trauma, and systems. I conceptualize clients through an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. We’ll look at not just what’s going on, but why—and how you can respond in a way that’s effective, ethical, and compassionate.

  • Burnout is real—and preventable. I’m intentional about naming and managing burnout before it takes root. We’ll talk boundaries, caseload balance, identity fatigue, and how to build a sustainable, values-aligned practice you want to be in long term.

  • You get to be a whole person. This is a space where it’s okay to be uncertain, frustrated, burned out, or lit up by the work. We make space for all of it—because good supervision means you don’t have to pretend. And you don’t have to have all the answers.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your clinical chops, I’m here to support your growth—with honesty, accountability, and a little humor when you need it.
